About the project

With one of the lowest literacy rates in the Western Hemisphere, many people in the Jocotenango area struggle to find jobs or put food on the table. The ultimate aim of Education for the Children is employment in jobs readily available to those with qualifications in neighbouring Antigua and Guatemala City. Their holistic programmes give the School of Hope students chance for their full potential to shine.
